Kristin Allen

Head Women's Cross Country Coach

Coach Kristin Allen is in her second year of teaching physical education and coaching cross country at St. Joseph-Ogden. Coach Allen graduated from Decatur Eisenhower where she competed in both Cross Country and Track.  From there she continued her education at Indiana State University earning a BS in Athletic Training.  After graduating she pursued a career as a Certified Athletic Trainer for Carle Sports Medicine while simultaneously earning a MS in Athletic Administration from Eastern Illinois.  From there she became a Sheriff's Deputy proudly serving and protecting the people of Champaign County.  After a few years she followed her passion for education and love of sport, earning her Teachers Certificate in Physical Education from Eastern Illinois University. She is a specialist in distance running as well as Strength Training and continues to find ways to help her students and athletes reach their potential.
